welcome

At Del’s, creating a safe, welcoming space for all women is at the heart of what I do. You deserve care that sees the whole you. My goal is to offer high-quality, evidence-based support that helps you feel empowered, informed, and more at ease in your body—so you can get back to living fully.

Because feeling good in your body is essential, not a luxury.

Empowering Women to Feel Strong, Supported & Capable in Their Bodies.

Support That Meets You Where You are

Clinical Myotherapy

Not your average massage—this is targeted, evidence-based care.

Clinical Myotherapy is all about assessing and treating musculoskeletal pain, tension, and dysfunction. I blend hands-on techniques like soft tissue therapy, dry needling, cupping, joint mobilisation, and movement rehab to help your body feel better and actually function better.

Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or just feeling a bit broken by life (or your desk job), we’ll create a plan that fits your body, your lifestyle, and your goals—without the fluff or cookie-cutter advice.

This is care that meets you where you're at, and helps you get where you want to be.

Pregnancy bodywork

Whether you're simply craving some relief from the everyday aches of growing a tiny human, or you're dealing with more intense issues like pelvic girdle pain that’s making it hard to move, sleep or function—you're in the right place.

With over a decade of experience and a deep focus on women’s health, I specialise in pregnancy care that’s not just feel-good—but actually effective. You’ll be supported with expert hands, evidence-based treatment, and a plan that’s tailored to you, your body, and how you want to feel.

That might look like a relaxing pregnancy massage to help you unwind and reconnect with your body… or something more clinical and targeted to reduce pain and improve how you move day to day. Most often, it’s a beautiful blend of both.

Wherever you’re at in your pregnancy, I’ve got you.

Birth doula support

In-person birth doula support means having a familiar, calming presence by your side throughout labour and birth—someone who understands your birth preferences, knows how to support you (and your partner), and helps create a safe, grounded space for your baby’s arrival.

I want you to go into your birth excited and ready to rock it. So I’m here to give you all the tools you need to feel empowered in your decisions.

I’ll check in, visit you at home, help debrief your experience, offer feeding support, and make sure you’re feeling held during those early days of postpartum.

Birth looks different for everyone—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’ll be right there with you.

One off doula support

These sessions are tailored to give you exactly what you need—perfect if you love the idea of a doula, but don’t need extra hands on the big day.

Need help making a decision or feeling overwhelmed? Power Hours are your go-to for clarity and calm.

Struggling to write your birth plan or think ahead to postpartum? A Planning Session will help you feel more prepared and confident.

Feeling a bit stuck after birth? A Birth Debrief gives you the space to reflect, process and move forward.

Each session includes personalised follow-up resources and a week of check-in support, so you’re never left hanging.

This is doula care, your way.

Hi, I’m Haydie

I know how important it is to work with some who understands and actually cares.

I believe in the power of education and personalised support, helping people uncover their own strength and confidence. My approach is built on deep listening—I take the time to understand the nuances of your life, ask the right questions, and meet you where you are.

Whether you’re navigating injury recovery, stress management, pregnancy care or birth support, I’ll work with you to find the most aligned and effective path forward.
